Dear Mr <redacted>
This has reference to our discussion about 6 days back regarding the replacement . You had promised me replacement within 2 - 3 days . I called you up on Monday  (11-04-2011) and you texted back saying you were in training and will call me back. As usual the callback never happened. I called you up again on Tuesday (12-04-2011) . You told me you will get back to me but as usual no call was received. Again I called you up on Wednesay (yesterday i.e 13-04-2011) and you told me that an engineer will visit the same day to replace the box. I have waited for almost 24 hours now and as usual no one has turned up. I have also not received any call from you about the reason for delay .

Once again I request you to please arrange replacement of the DVR STB. In case you are not in a position to replace the box please arrange to refund the amount paid for the DVR since the same is under Guarantee
Regards

Dear Sir
I had made a complaint for STB box error with complaint no <redacted> on 28-03-2011. My customer ID is <redacted>

I received an SMS on 02-04-2011 that the problem was resolved . This was done without any technicial ever coming to my house or even calling me up. I was given a tel no to contact in case the problem was still unresolved. On calling that number ( 9393493460 ) every time I hear that the phone is switched off.
I called up 12150 on 03-04-2011 or 04-04-2011 and got through to an executive. On telling the problem I was kept on hold for around 15 minutes and then line was disconnected from your end. I tried contacting atleast 10 times after that in last 2 days and everytime the line is automatically disconnected when I press the option to speak to an executive. It seems that you have a system whereby a customer can speak to an executive only once in 1 month or so.

My past experience with Airtel customer care has been very bad and this is continuing this time also. I am amazed that a complaint can be closed without even once referring back to the customer.
If you are unable to resolve the problem I request you to please refund the amount that I have paid towards the DVR since the DVR was purchased in September and is under Guarantee .

Please conform immediately what action you are taking
Regards
